Cuticle Care

Thanks to MUA Nail Board I have been using Lansinoh every morning and at night before bedtime, this stuff is magical!!! The difference in my cuticles after just a night was amazing, no exaggeration.

Lansinoh is a product for breast feeding mothers and I have to admit I was a bit sceptical at first but after the glowing reviews it received on the nail board I could not help but try it. I cannot express how glad I am that I did. This time of year with the cold winters we have my hand are usually so dry, this year my cuticles are in great shape.

Also I do my best to keep my hands dry as much as I can, every time I wash my hands I use some kind of moisturiser. Extra virgin olive or coconut oil is fantastic, I had a couple of empty soap pumps from Bath and Body Works around so I filled them with a mix of oils and put them next to my sinks so I never have an excuse for forgetting.

Burts Bees lemon butter is great to keep in a pocket or purse for moisture on the go. I also picked up a stick of Palmers Cocoa Butter Formula last week and I'm liking that so far, It says it's for chapped lips but seems like its working well and I like the light scent. Anytime I see a cream, moisturiser or balm type thing that looks cute or is handy to carry around I grab it, can never have too may around. I guess I'm always looking for the next best thing as well.

I use cuticle remover maybe once per month, I find that if I give my cutes a gentle buff with the edge of a damp towel when I get out of the shower and wash my hands that takes care of the worst of the dry bits.
