Essie Pearl Perfection over China Glaze Pelican Grey

I have to say I had no interest in Pearl Perfection when I first saw the Luxe Effects swatches, I thought it just was not "me" I don't usually go for the calmer colors unless I can slap some glitter on them. I found it while out with my hubby and when I saw the display, much to my hubby's dismay I let out a little scream and dived for Shine of the Times and Gold as it Gets, dived because of course the stupid display was practically hidden on the bottom shelf so much so that I almost went by it. As I started to walk away with my new pretties he says "Hey, you missed one" I was so impressed that he was paying attention I picked it up for a second look and thought, what's one more. Today I really needed a palette cleanser after the fight I just had getting my last glitter bomb off, even with the foil method, so I gave it a go and I am so glad I did, I'm in love!!!

OPI Not Like the Movies, Layered

This one has been sitting around in my stash for ages. I like it don't get me wrong, pretty little glass flecks made me smile but it didn`t have much of a wow factor . Then I introduced her to black and what a fantastic couople they make!

China Glaze, Eye Candy

Can you say Wow!

When I first saw the Eye Candy previews I was relived, I didn't want any of them.

Then the swatches came, nope I don't need them I was sure that I would be able to hold out for other collections.

On  a trip to my local beauty supply I found a sale, buy Seche Vite get a China Glaze free so here I am with Lorelei`s Tiara and I`m in love. I think this is the only one that I need from the collection but I can`t believe the bling in this one.

Paisley..ish Nail art

I wanted to try something a bit different today so I decided to pull out my acrylic paints and see what would happen. I started with Color Club Revvvolution as a base and went from there. I added a black acrylic pattern then added the grey and white to make it a bit more interesting.
